We were commissioned by our client to rework an existing design featuring a mix of studio, two-bedroom, and penthouse units on a slim, sloping site. Maintaining the original footprint of the building, we completely renewed the design which had a traditional facade and reconfigured the internal layouts to be more user-focused, allowing the new living spaces of the north facing units to better capture the sea view and feature wrap around balconies.​

 

The amenities consist of a gymnasium and an infinity pool, which we designed to spill into the horizon.
