Low and linear across its site, 460 is an L-shaped, single-storey home organised around the rhythm of light, air and movement. A rectangular pool anchors the plan, with everything unfolding from it and two internal courtyards set to either side. The roofline steps carefully around palm trees, framing them as architecture rather than backdrop.

An oversized pivot door, set just off axis, opens to reveal the whole orientation of the house at once: a clear line straight out to the water. Inside, kitchen and living share a single volume, gently divided by a sun wall. The palette stays grounded throughout, white render, local stone, teak-toned panelling, black iron and glass, chosen to settle into the site and never compete with it.
