The architecture speaks in calm, confident tones: off-white stucco, walnut accents, and a pared-back landscape that lets the buildings breathe. Oversized sliding doors soften the line between inside and out. Built for balance, it holds a gym wing with a Pilates studio, steam and sauna, two pools, two jacuzzis, a tennis court, a running track and an outdoor theatre.
