Arrival began with a house that felt stuck in time: hexagonal shapes at the entry, a dated carport, and a layout that no longer suited how the owners wanted to live. But the bones were solid and the location was something special.

Our first move was to strip away the old geometry, replacing it with strong, simple forms and a more refined palette of materials. The former carport became a garage, and above it we added a new primary suite, raised both literally and in comfort. On the poolside, we thickened the existing columns for a stronger presence and made the outdoor area a destination in its own right, with a sunken cinema for film nights under the stars and a custom waterfall for sound and movement. Familiar, but genuinely fresh.
