Located in Virginia, this project transformed a tired old car dealership into a bold, contemporary commercial space. The redesign reworks the building around striking sloped angles that guide visitors naturally toward the entrance, giving the whole approach a real sense of movement and arrival. The facade is clad in sleek black aluminium panelling, lending the structure a modern, confident presence, while integrated LED strip lighting traces its architectural lines and adds a charge of energy after dark.

The result is a distinctive, stand-out space that balances bold aesthetics with clear functional intent, proof that a commercial building can work hard and still make a statement. A dated box, given genuine presence and real purpose.
