Coastal Apartments comprises seven two-bedroom homes and a split-level townhouse, arranged to make sense of an awkward, irregular site. What first looked like a generous parcel proved a more demanding canvas, one that pushed us to earn every inch of living space while making the most of the location.

The residences sit across two buildings joined by a feature bridge over the Caribbean Sea. Pass through the entrance gate and a waterfall flows beneath that bridge, drawing the eye through to the pool and the ocean beyond. Each unit is oriented for uninterrupted sea views, natural light and privacy. At the far end, the split-level townhouse turns the land’s unusual geometry into its defining asset, exclusivity drawn from constraint.
