Twenty feet above the Caribbean Sea, Ivy's On The Bluff was conceived as a retreat where architecture and horizon become difficult to tell apart. The eight-bedroom villa is both a private sanctuary and a place built for creativity, holding a professional recording studio, an outdoor kitchen and an infinity-edge pool within a single considered composition.

Arranged across a quadrangular site, every bedroom is turned towards the water, so the sea becomes a constant presence rather than an occasional view. The living spaces open onto a terrace where the pool appears to dissolve into the horizon, and a private staircase descends to a secluded stretch of white-sand beach, completing the home’s quiet conversation between land, sea and sky.
