High above the coastline of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, what began as a modest hillside home with a separate garage and apartment above has been completely reimagined. The brief was simple: turn the existing structures into something modern, intentional and at home in the landscape. We extended the upper apartment out to the left, and the garage below became a fully livable space, forming the second of two independent homes. Inside the main house, the layout was stripped back and reoriented so that every room pulls in the ocean views.

The showpiece is an infinity pool that spills toward the horizon, anchoring the property in its dramatic setting. Two homes, now tied firmly to each other and to the landscape around them.
