Villa Mozee sits on an exceptional site along Jamaica’s south coast, and its owner wanted to refresh the property while honouring its remarkable setting. Our design proposes a full transformation of the outdoor spaces with subtle work to the facade, creating what we call Villa Mozee 2.0.

Carefully zoned entertainment areas integrate with a lush but low-maintenance landscape, improving how the property lives as well as how it looks. At its heart is a new dual infinity-edge pool that wraps the front and left side of the villa, extending visually into the horizon. A Baja shelf offers a place to unwind, an ivory pool finish meets travertine decking, and deep blue accents with integrated lighting give it a striking glow after dark.
