We were asked to rework an existing design of studio, two-bedroom and penthouse units on a slim, sloping site. Keeping the original footprint, we renewed a scheme that had a traditional facade, reconfigured the internal layout and renamed the development Nexus.

The north-facing units were reworked so their living spaces capture the sea view properly, wrapped by generous balconies that pull daily life outward toward the water. A gymnasium and an infinity pool, designed
to spill toward the horizon, complete the amenities. It is a quiet lesson in how much a considered reconfiguration can draw from a footprint that was already there, lifting the whole scheme without adding a single square foot to the building.
