Guided by the owners’ request for a genuinely unique three-bedroom home, Reflect is built on a bold interplay of angular geometry, seen most clearly in the pool and the roofline. The pool takes a triangular form, breaking deliberately from the usual rectangle, its sharp angles set against the rectilinear structure of the house while still settling neatly into the landscape all around it.

We made the most of the site’s topography, placing the garage and gym at the lowest point, spreading the main living spaces above them, and lifting the bedroom suites to the top floor to look out over the pool below. It is a compact home that finds its character in the honest tension between sharp angles and calm, ordered everyday living.
