Santum is a single-storey concept home of just over 2,200 sq ft, set in the British countryside and designed to settle quietly into a mature landscape. A winding driveway builds a sense of curiosity on the approach to the house.

The home is arranged as two pitched forms inspired by rural barns, linked by a glazed corridor that draws light and views through the heart of the house. Red brick and charcoal vertical cladding give each volume its own character, while a weathering steel door and timber louvres add warmth and texture.
