Perched above Kingston in the lush enclave of Stony Hill, this six-bedroom residence called for considered restoration and renewal. The client’s brief was to preserve its original character while gracefully bringing the home into the present.

We reconfigured the internal layout to better suit the family’s lifestyle, improving flow and the connection between spaces. The former patio was enclosed to extend the living area, creating a seamless transition onto the pool deck and drawing indoor and outdoor life closer together. The facades were modestly refined, respecting the home’s architectural heritage while introducing a fresh, enduring elegance.
