Sunshine Village is an award-winning mixed-use development of 32 residential and 22 commercial units on Negril’s West End, near Rick’s Cafe and the Rockhouse Hotel. Originally designed by Harold Morrison in the early 90s, it once held an NCB bank, a Hi-Lo supermarket, a food court, a communal pool and a bar. Years of weathering and poor maintenance had left the facade tired and its prestige faded.

Our task was to give the complex back its standing and tie it properly to the oceanfront it overlooks. Through considered design, introduced water elements and premium materials, we revitalised the structure to draw premium brands and lift its real estate value. It is a restoration as much as a redesign, bringing a local landmark back to life.
