The Indianna is one of our development projects, a three-bedroom luxury residence built around the ease of indoor-outdoor living. With just under 2,000 square feet of split-level interior, the villa works with the sloped lot it sits on rather than fighting it, stepping down toward an infinity pool fed by a quiet water fountain feature.
