Carved into a steep hillside site in Whitehouse, Westmoreland, this private residence was shaped by the land itself. With a 180-degree view of the sea, the design embraces the slope rather than resisting it, using a series of seaward-facing terraces to step gently down towards the horizon. Each level reveals a new perspective and a new moment, guiding the home towards the water and opening every space to the view beyond.

Inside are three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and a dedicated home theatre, with a gym and rooftop bar crowning the structure. Natural light is a constant, used to add warmth and cut energy use. At the edge of it all, an infinity pool mirrors the sky. Elevated yet grounded, open yet quietly intimate.
