The complex comprises seven two-bedroom apartments and a split-level townhouse, all thoughtfully arranged to respond to the site’s irregular shape. Although the parcel initially appeared generous, its true boundaries presented a more complex canvas​, one that challenged us to maximise every inch of available living space while enhancing the natural advantages of the location.

The residences are distributed across two buildings connected by a feature bridge that overlooks the Caribbean Sea. As you pass through the entrance gate, a waterfall flows beneath this bridge, offering a striking first impression and drawing the eye through to the pool and the ocean beyond. Each unit is carefully oriented to capture uninterrupted sea views, natural light, and a sense of privacy, ensuring that every room maintains a constant visual link to the water.

The split-level townhouse, positioned at the far end of the site, turns the land’s unconventional geometry into a defining asset. Its unique form and placement create a heightened sense of exclusivity, reinforcing the project’s commitment to elevating constraints into opportunities​.
