High above the coastline of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, what began as a modest hillside home with a separate garage and apartment above has been completely reimagined. The brief was simple: transform the existing structures into something that felt modern, intentional, and at home in the landscape.

We extended the upper apartment out to the left, and what was once the garage below would become a fully livable space - forming the second of two independent homes. Inside the Mainhouse, the layout was stripped back and redesigned with clarity and purpose. Walls shifted, windows expanded, and every room was reoriented to pull in the ocean views.

The showpiece is an infinity pool that spills toward the horizon, anchoring the property in its dramatic setting and drawing the eye outward to sea. Together, the two homes now feel connected not just to each other, but to the landscape that surrounds them - elegant, efficient, and full of light.
