Villa Mozee sits on an exceptional site along Jamaica’s south coast, and its owner sought to refresh the vision for the property​, enhancing its appeal while honouring its remarkable setting. Our design proposes a full-scale transformation of the villa’s outdoor spaces, complemented by subtle enhancements to the facade, creating what we call Villa Mozee 2.0.

The upgraded design maximises the site’s breathtaking views and blends luxury, functionality, and natural beauty. Carefully zoned outdoor entertainment areas integrate seamlessly with a lush yet low-maintenance landscape plan, improving both the usability and overall character of the property.

At the heart of the transformation is a new dual infinity-edge pool that wraps around the front and left side of the villa, visually extending into the horizon. A relaxing Baja shelf offers a place to unwind while taking in the coastal panorama. The pool features a soft ivory interior finish bordered by travertine, which flows naturally from the surrounding travertine-tiled deck. Deep blue porcelain tiles accent the infinity edges and trough, where integrated lighting creates a striking nighttime glow​.
