The Horizon is one of our development projects set along the edge of the coast in Black River, Jamaica where calm waters meet clean lines and every apartment opens to the sea.

Rising three stories above the shoreline, the building houses six oceanfront residences, each one designed with intention. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a layout that doesn’t just face the Caribbean - it leans into it. Floorplans were arranged to draw your eyes outward, with interiors that extend naturally toward the horizon.

More than just a view, direct beach access transforms the shoreline into a part of daily life. Whether stepping out for a morning swim or watching the sun slip into the water from your terrace, the connection between land and sea is effortless.

It was designed not to compete with the surroundings but to complement them. Soft materials, thoughtful proportions, and a sensitivity to the site give The Horizon a quiet confidence along the coast.
